QUALIFICATIONS
- Income: Monthly household gross income should be at least around 3x the monthly rent cost. (Before taxes/deductions)
- Security deposit = one month’s rent.
- No felonies or evictions. (Exceptions may be made for old/non-violent)
- Pet policy depends on the property. ($300 pet fee when allowed, one-time non-refundable)
